“Is America Safe? provides a much needed, one stop shop, “educational handbook on what the average citizen should know .”
Brigadier General Matthew E. Broderick, USMC (Ret).
Former Director of Operations for Homeland Security.
“In these testing times of international terrorism, Islamist fundamentalists and natural disasters of unprecedented force, no one can allow themselves to be caught without information. Our very survival is based on the amount of information and intel we have available at our fingertips. Don Philpott, a veteran journalist and Robert Jordan, a U.S. Marine veteran and public affairs specialist have done the hard work for you. In this book they bring you all the information that the federal and state governments never bothered to tell you. Information that could well save your life one day. Now all you need to do is read the book.”
Claude Salhani International Editor, United Press International.
Who Should read this book?
Everybody should read this book. The War on Terror is high on most Americans’ list of concerns. It promises to be with us for at least another generation to come. We are relatively safe within our borders – now. But experts agree that it’s not if, but when we may be attacked in the future. Much more needs to be done in many areas, such as protecting our borders on land and at sea, screening foreign visitors and getting the public more involved in neighborhood watch programs
Man-made and natural disasters are also a greater threat to most of is than terrorism – and cost U.S. taxpayers and victims dearly. Still there is much that one may do to minimize exposure to such threats and to mitigate the damage done to your loved ones and your property if they are caught in one of these disasters.
